I respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email or shipping address.
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic only, no international shipping at this time.
Orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail, Monday through Friday. You will receive an email with a shipping notification number. Order processing is 3-5 days, unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Please contact me if you feel that there is an issue with your shipment. If the USPS site indicates that the package has been delivered, please contact your local post office with your confirmation number to locate the package.
I will ship to the PayPal address provided. Please take the time to confirm your address. I will not refund orders for incorrect shipping addresses once a shipping label has been created or the package has actually shipped. Contact me immediately with your shipping address change after your order has been placed, please make sure to get a confirmation from me by the end of the business day. If you do not receive a confirmation email, I may not have received your change. I can be contacted at amy@healyoriginals.com.
I use recycled shipping materials whenever possible and encourage you to reuse or recycle the packaging after your shipment is received.
My shipping charges may include a small handling charge to cover my shipping and packaging supplies.
RETURN POLICY
I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. I do my best to accurately present the colors of my products but colors can be altered by computer screens. Each piece is a mono print and there are many variables that affect the final color including the intensity of the sun, the time of day and the time of year the print was made. Each piece is one of a kind. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, I can refund you the cost of the item. Please return the piece in the same condition it was received including all packaging/wrapping within 5 days of receipt. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once I have received the return, your purchase price will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.

Please note: Once the product is in your hand, you are responsible for what happens to it. You will not be refunded if you are unable to remove any stain. Please note that dye from denim jeans can rub off onto bags and other fabrics.
